If we detect an issue that needs a visit, you receive one complimentary 2-hour maintenance visit, with labour and parts replacement included.

Our experts will catch and advance any issues immediately. If the issue is simple such as power cycling your system, we will instruct you on this. If the issue is more complex and a site visit is required, KubyCare includes one complimentary 2-hr visit every 5 years to fix basic site issues. If the issue takes more than 2 hours, you will receive a discounted call-out rate.
