Kuby uses a variety of tracking and measurement tools in the Services, including Google Tag Manager, and the phone number (780) 306-1986 for tracking purposes.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services. The materials contained in the Services are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Kuby Energy's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
i. Modify or copy the materials;
ii. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
iii. Attempt to recompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Kuby Energy's web site;
iv. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

The metrics, figures and numbers provided through the Services, including but not limited to energy output, energy generated from solar, energy consumption, carbon offset, savings or payback period, base system costs, fees, rebates, grants, and any incentives, are estimates only and Kuby does not guarantee or warranty their accuracy. Information obtained from third parties, such as inverter manufacturers, monitoring platforms, Utilities by Kuby Ltd., or Carbon by Kuby Ltd., may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and Kuby Energy is not responsible for errors in that information.
In no event shall Kuby Energy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, or out of any reliance on information displayed through the Services, even if Kuby Energy or a Kuby Energy authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing on Kuby Energy's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Kuby Energy does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Kuby Energy may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Kuby Energy does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Kuby Energy has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Kuby Energy of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Any claim relating to Kuby Energy's web site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Kuby Energy uses analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Services are used. This may include information such as pages and screens viewed, features used, device and browser type, app version, and error or performance data. This information is used to maintain and improve the Services, their usability, and customer satisfaction. Where analytics providers offer data sharing options, Kuby Energy may choose whether to enable them. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Kuby offers a best price guarantee, aiming to satisfy our clients by providing peace of mind that they are getting the best value possible.
To qualify, Kuby requires the complete competing quote which must be issued within 30 days of Kuby’s quote. The competing quote must be from a reputable and experienced contractor, use similar components, be of the same or greater size (kW), have similar payment terms, and have identical scope of work/warranty terms, all determined at Kuby’s sole discretion. The Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to projects within 130km of a Kuby office.
The Best Price Guarantee excludes any promotional or “one-off” pricing, and third-party financing terms that artificially lower the price (such as subsidies that are not publicly available).
Kuby reserves the right to reject any quote it believes was submitted in bad faith, does not meet the above criteria, or if any competitor information cannot be verified.
Kuby IQ is a service provided by Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd. that lets you view information about your solar system and, where applicable, other Kuby services. You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting an account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
To connect your solar system and provide Kuby IQ’s features, you authorize Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd. to obtain and use available information about your system from its inverter manufacturer or monitoring platform. This may include equipment identifiers, system status, and energy production data. Information supplied by these providers may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
If you have a Utilities by Kuby account, you authorize Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd. to obtain information from Utilities by Kuby Ltd. and use it to provide features in Kuby IQ. This may include your utility account, electricity or gas consumption, and electricity exported to the grid, where available. Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd. will use that information to show your utility activity and provide related Kuby IQ features, including energy and financial insights. This authorization does not change your agreement with Utilities by Kuby Ltd.
If you participate in Carbon by Kuby, you authorize Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd. to obtain information from Carbon by Kuby Ltd. and use it to provide features in Kuby IQ. This may include your program enrollment, carbon credits or offsets generated by your system, and related payments or earnings, where available. Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd. will use that information to show your Carbon by Kuby activity and provide related Kuby IQ features, including environmental and financial insights. This authorization does not change your agreement with Carbon by Kuby Ltd.
You may contact Info@Kuby.ca to ask about or withdraw these authorizations, subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements. If access to the information stops, some Kuby IQ features may no longer work. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
