Who are we?
We seek to advance Canada's energy industry and economy while reducing society's environmental impact. We are headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, with locally-operated offices in Calgary, and Kamloops, BC. We do this by implementing solar power and renewable technology. What do we do?
We focus our business on the design and installation of residential and commercial solar projects, energy storage, Tesla Powerwall installation, electric vehicle (EV) Chargers, off-grid solar, as well as general electrical services.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Design solar PV systems
- Drafting
- Solar layouts
- Proposals / Estimates for potential clients
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD's)
- Improve procedures and practices through critical thinking and problem-solving
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Have working knowledge or experience around/with solar PV systems
- Be able to excel in a small team with minimal supervision
- Be passionate about solar power or sustainability
- Have a strong desire to learn, improve oneself and be accountable
- Be extremely hard working and take the initiative on new challenges
- Know how to operate basic computer programs expertly (CAD, MS excel, word, etc.)
- Work is on site at our Edmonton office (remote or hybrid is not available)
Assets (preferred, but not required):
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited university/technical institute
- Preferred Education: Electrical Engineering, Alternative Energy Technology, or related program
- Experience in a small team-based setting
- Proficient professional technical writing skills
- Experience with CAD drafting program(s)

**Wage based upon experience**
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
